You can currently find me teaching online with MelMarie Yoga, where students can drop into select Yoga CEU, teacher training workshops, and Vedic astrology classes!

These sessions are drop-in or part of MelMarie’s larger yoga education ecosystem and weave together yoga philosophy, Jyotish, embodiment, mindfulness, and self-inquiry. Whether we’re exploring the deeper layers of practice, the role of the yoga teacher, or Vedic astrology as a mirror for self-understanding, the intention is to make ancient wisdom feel grounded, useful, and connected to real life.
